Exchange Policy – Within 30 Days

  • You can exchange full-priced products within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with price tags and packaging.

How to Exchange:

  • In-Store: Bring your receipt to any Salman Bedding store.

  • Online Orders: Contact us on WhatsApp or call at [Your Contact Number] or email salmanbeddingshop@gmail.com.
     Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

 

 

Refund Policy – Within 14 Days

  • You can return full-priced items for a cash refund within 14 days.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after we receive and check the product.

  • Note: Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

 

 

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but you can exchange them.

Salman Bedding may cancel orders if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • There are pricing mistakes

  • Payment issues occur

If you refuse to accept the order on delivery, no refund or exchange will be provided.

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale and discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.
